Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Nature of Services
Novessa Digital provides customised, time-bound, digital marketing services, including Pinterest marketing, advertising, landing page optimisation, and email marketing.
Due to the personalised and non-tangible nature of these services, once initiated, they cannot be reversed, resold, or reused.
2. 24-Hour Cancellation & Refund Window
In accordance with applicable Indian laws, Novessa Digital offers a limited 24-hour cancellation window from the time of successful payment.
A full refund shall be granted only if:
- The cancellation request is submitted within 24 hours of purchase, and
- No service-related work has commenced.
Refund requests beyond this period shall not be entertained.
3. Commencement of Services
For clarity and legal certainty, services shall be deemed to have commenced upon the occurrence of any of the following:
- Review of onboarding forms or client information
- Pinterest audit or account evaluation
- Strategy planning or internal allocation of resources
- Any preparatory, advisory, design, scheduling, optimisation, or advertising work
Once services commence, the client expressly waives the right to cancellation or refund, as permitted under Indian law.
4. No Refunds After 24 Hours
After expiry of the 24-hour cancellation window:
- All payments are final and non-refundable
- No refunds shall be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Delayed cooperation or non-responsiveness by the client
- Dissatisfaction with results
- Business circumstances of the client
- Partial usage or non-usage of services
This clause is consistent with Section 2(47) of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, as services are provided on a best-effort and professional basis, without guaranteed outcomes.
5. Subscription Billing & Cancellation
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
- Clients may cancel future billing at any time before the next billing date
- Cancellation prevents future charges only
- No refunds or credits shall be issued for the current billing cycle
Services will remain active until the end of the paid subscription period.
6. No Performance-Based Refunds
Novessa Digital does not guarantee specific results such as traffic volume, leads, sales, or revenue.
Marketing outcomes depend on multiple factors including, but not limited to:
- Market conditions
- Product or service viability
- Website and funnel readiness
- Budget allocation
- Client responsiveness
Accordingly, no refunds shall be issued based on performance expectations.
7. Compliance with Consumer Protection Act, 2019
This policy is drafted in compliance with:
- Transparency requirements
- Fair disclosure standards
- Non-deceptive trade practices
The refund limitation is clearly disclosed prior to purchase, including on the website, checkout page, and/or service agreement. By completing the purchase, the client provides free and informed consent under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
